My manager at my workplace told me that during her meeting with the boss, he showed her some videos that was taken from the camera at the shop. Most of the videos has me in it – and that’s a really bad thing.
Not that my boss was targetting me, but it’s just that I happen to be working (unfortunately) whenever my boss decides to view the camera at home or at the office.
He showed my manager a few clips and unfortunately enough, all the clips has me in it. The boss felt that I was harassing the workers in the shop. I like the way he used the word – harrassing.
Some of the things that were mentioned was that my meal breaks are way too long. I would sit inside the kitchen area of the shop and just keep talking to whoever that was inside or whoever that came in. That’s why he said I was harassing them, not allowing them to focus on their work.
Another incident was even after I was dismissed from work in the middle of the day, I would stay inside the kitchen area and continue talking to my colleagues. So basically, the problem was that I talk way too much.
I shall stop talking to my colleagues at work and bring peace to the shop. Amen.
