I will be enlisting into the Singapore Navy tomorrow morning. Won’t be home for the next two weeks though. Still can’t believe a person who has a phobia of the sea like me will be going into the Navy.
But I will try my best to conquer this dumb fear. I will try my best to do what they ask me to do. At least, I’m going to make myself enjoy the sea for the next two years. No point whining over it.

two years! very fast one, I blink one eye already served for 4 months plus le. Anyway Navy out of the 3 is 2nd most relac one.
but seriously compared to army, both navy and airforce can say is heaven la. starting maybe as you swap the deck until you sian. but hey we all go through the newbie stage.
Just go there with a positive mindset and ya be fine. haha and who knows? since like the majority of navy personnel are regulars, you might even be influenced to chain yourself to the saf. not bad if you enjoy traveling. goooooddd luckkkkk!
I LOVE travelling. The only thing I’m looking forward in Navy is the travelling part, but it all depends on your vocation right?
